Through weekly sessions, mentors provide guidance on career growth, job search strategies, and workplace culture. Midway and final check-ins ensure progress and celebrate achievements. How It Works

Application & Matching

Both mentors and mentees fill out a short application form. Our team then reviews each application to create meaningful matches based on goals, backgrounds, and availability.

Weekly Sessions

Mentor-mentee pairs meet weekly to work toward specific career or personal development goals.

Check-in & Wrap Up

Midway through, BPoC offers a check-in for feedback and support, followed by a final reflection session to celebrate achievements.
